Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for a session offered by Virtual Clinical Training (“VCT”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Registration & eligibility

• A valid Google (Gmail) account is required to register, join a session, and access the recording. Registration is limited to Gmail addresses.
• One Gmail account is for one participant. Shared or group accounts are not permitted.
• Please provide accurate information, and use your real name and professional affiliation when joining a session.

3. Payment & confirmation

• Registration is handled through a form on this site. Payment is made by bank transfer to our account; for foreign-currency payments, transfer to our Wise account. Please attach your proof of payment to the form.
• Your place is confirmed once payment is received. A receipt is issued on request.

4. Access to sessions

• The Google Meet link is shared after payment confirmation and is personal to you — please do not share it.
• Please join on time and keep your microphone muted unless speaking.

5. Recordings

• Sessions may be recorded for educational use.
• The recording is shared via Google Drive to registered participants within 36 hours of the session.
• The recording remains available for 6 months after the session, after which access is closed. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared.
• Unauthorised recording, screenshots, or redistribution of session content is prohibited.

6. Certificates

An e-certificate is awarded to eligible participants, subject to meeting the minimum attendance requirement and completing the post-session evaluation.

7. Participant conduct

• Maintain respectful, professional communication at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate language is not permitted.
• Clinical discussion should remain evidence-based and objective.

8. Confidentiality & patient privacy

• No identifiable patient information may be shared during a session.
• Case discussions must comply with applicable privacy regulations, and images must not contain identifiable features without documented permission.

9. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including if you do not attend the live session. Please note that even if you cannot attend live, you will still receive the session recording, so we encourage you to register with this in mind.

10. Rescheduling & changes

VCT reserves the right to reschedule or amend a session. Registered participants will be notified in advance of any changes.

11. Educational disclaimer

All content is provided for continuing professional education only and does not replace individual clinical judgment, patient-specific assessment, or local regulations. Any techniques discussed are applied at your own professional discretion.

12. Intellectual property

All session materials, recordings, slides, and branding remain the property of VCT and the respective instructor. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without prior written permission.

13. Data & privacy

Participant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent.

14. Changes to these terms

VCT may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version published on this page applies to your registration.
